Art of dancing
The present collection of articles provides a thorough exploration of choreographic art in its full range, from musical-choreographic folklore to stage productions by Russian and international artists and their interrelationships. Research aims include the classification of choreographic types, defining their essence, analyzing choreographic scores, developing methods for their notation and preservation, critically evaluating new works, and examining pedagogical approaches in dance education. Special emphasis is placed on refining terminology, identifying sources for the study of choreography, applying information technologies to research and practical application, developing a methodology for choreographic creation, studying the artistic role of individuals in the history of choreography, and analyzing archival resources.
